BALI, WE'RE IN LOVE

Falling in love with the result of the picture we took in Bali at Melasti beach Ungasan, Kuta South.

The beach and the views were outstanding. It's worth the journey for about 1 hour from Seminyak, Kuta. `

We drove to the beach and arrive at 3.00 PM

We have scheduled photo shoots with Sweet Escape Team at 4.00 PM for 2 hours sessions.

But we came to the beach earlier, hoping to see the beach locations and views.

Photographer from Sweet Escape arranged a meeting point at the entrance of the beach, because down to the beach, there will be difficult to get a phone network (mostly will lost of signal).

The beach are accessible by car and other kind of transportation. The parking also huge. Noted that there are a lot of local/foreign couple who took their pre wedding pictures here.

Sunset at this beach are around 5.30 PM, but because this beach are located at the south of Bali, you may only see the silhouette of the sunset.

Right side of the beach are more crowded with people swim and sitting at the sand waiting for sunset.

The booking with sweet escape were so simple.

1. Go to visit their website and create at account here

2. Download the app of the sweet escape here for IOS and Android

3. You can search the destinations at their App/ website and found the price list at DESTINATIONS.

4. Book the session by selecting the date and time. Also settle all the payment.

5. After booking, the Sweet Escape team will contact you through their app. You can chat with them. They will also assign the available photographer to works with you.

6. Once the photographer contacted you through the "Chat" at their App. Arrange the place that you decided to take the picture and arrange the meeting point.

7. Once your session is completed, wait for 2-3 days and your edited photo will be available to see at the Escapes-Completed tab.

Take note that they will not edit all your pictures. But it will based on how many edited photos you book before. And you can only choose the downloaded picture based on packages that you book before.

Downloaded = no watermark and bigger resolution.

Edited = with watermark

You can buy extra photos at their own pricing. That time I bought 25 pictures for USD $50.

You can also bought all picture in every session.

Available quota are how many photos you can downloaded based on the package that you booked before. Price will shows also if you select extra photo more than your quota.

8. Once you confirm on your photo selection and pay for those that is extra (if any). Your photo will be appear in DOWNLOADED tab. Ready to download. You may download them to your PC or phone.

BTS (Behind The Shoots) Story:

1. We were really blessed and amazed that the weather is really great that day. We were really thankful and grateful to God Jesus who has gave us great weather that day with great sun / not cloudy at all, and no rain during the photo taking. This is miracle, because the day before and after were always rain during that time. (The photographer also agree with me)

2. The picture when we sitting down on the stone, you may not see it from the picture but there is a big hole behind us. So it frightened me and somehow I hold my daughter so tight during the photo taking.

3. The sun shine is really strong, our skin tone were slightly darker when we came back from photo shooting. Luckily there is no sun burn.

4. The wood that we used to sit near the cliff has a few of ants. My husband got bitten in his leg, and he only noticed after the photo taking is done.

5. My daughter kinda hesitant to take picture with the sea waves, as she kinda afraid at first. So she mostly showing a scared face. But got one incident when we were jumping once the waves comes approached us. But her shoes was loose and washed by the waves and she noticed that and scared. So she immediately cried. When we realized and noticed it, the shoes was unseen.

I tried to calm her and my husband was actively looking at her missing shoes. Luckily He was able to get the shoes back. But it was a sudden shock for my daughter. After all, we remove our shoes since that incident when we play with the waves. :)

6. My husband phone were also wet during the incident. But luckily the phone were still alive. Better to store everything in the safe place (like inside car) during the photo shooting.
