    One of them are Machida Shoten.

     What is their specialities?
    💬They serve Yokohama Iekei Ramen with chewy thick noodle texture, kinda different than the normal ramen noodle.
    💬Iekei means you can choose the noodles to cooked at your specified softness/hardne
    💬You choose the soup base and the topping you want.

Ada beberapa restoran Jepang otentik yang terletak di sini yang menawarkan makanan Jepang dari berbagai daerahnya. Salah satunya adalah Machida Shoten. 🍜 Dan petualangan ramen kami berlanjut. 💬 Mereka menyajikan Yokohama Iekei Ramen dengan tekstur mie yang agak tebal dan kenyal, agak berbeda dari tekstur mie ramen biasa. 💬 Iekei berarti Anda dapat memilih mie untuk dimasak pada kelembutan / kekerasan yang Anda tentukan. 💬Anda memilih rasa sup dan tambahan lauk yang Anda inginkan.
