Grabbing a Grab Car from the cafe to the dolphin shows and we've gotten another big van. Fetch by a Toyota Commuter which is our transports to go to the Dolphins bay.

The driver is actually offered us to give us a tour and drive us back to hotel. Tours are include 4 hours transports for THB 500, which is a good deal.

The shows actuatlly was great and full of surprise. The shows starts on time and started with the sea dogs performance.
See the Google reviews here.

12.:30 PM : Lunch break
Arrived at the Thai restaurant along the way to our destinations. But not really recommended to go. Map here.
Google reviews.

13:30 PM : Baan Teelanka
Baan = House

15:30 PM : Old Town Phuket
We visited Phuket Old town that has colorful and beautiful shop houses like in Singapore.
Chinese influences are seen in their houses and few stalls are selling the Peranakan clothes. Pretty town to visit and to take a break from Phuket sandy beaches.
16:30 PM : Limelight Phuket
Limelight is a neighborhood mall near by the Old town. It is 10 minutes walking distances.
In front of the mall there are few market stalls selling the cheap street foods, drinks, clothes, accessories and many things.

17:00 PM : The Central, Phuket
We go ahead to the biggest mall in Phuket. It has 2 buildings that is connected by a bridge. The new building is consider a high end mall which selling the branded items.
Basement level is full of foods in both buildings. Food price is actually much cheaper in the old building compare to the new one.

The park is clean, and during weekends was too crowded with families with kids.

TRIED-AND-TRUE: NATURE'S WAY Fish Oil

TRIED-AND-TRUE: NATURE'S WAY Fish Oil
I've been wanted to try fish oil for my kid quite a while. Not really sure which brand to take cause they look all good. But I want her to drink those fish oil in liquid instead of chewable gummies.
Found this brand in the local drugstore and seems promising. I read from the label behind that inside the bottle there are few capsules that can burst. This is actually a good thing because it is a liquis and i don't need to measure for each serving.
The capsule is actually safe to eat, but i don't dare to give it for the kid to eat. I bet that she will refuse it too. So we always squished out the fish oil inside her mouth/spoon.

If you have any recommended fish oil that you have tried, please left the comments below.

ADMIRALTY PARK PLAYGROUNDS

May 30, 2019 0
ADMIRALTY PARK PLAYGROUNDS
Singapore becoming more and more serious about their outdoor playgrounds.
Here is one spacious playground at Admiralty Park.
We just have time to visited this park, because the place is a bit far for us.
But glad that the place is really fun and enjoyable.

We went on play dates with my friends and their kids. The kids are having fun at the Double Barrel Slides. We, parents also tried too, but some of us just like stuck in the middle 😁
This area is designed for children age 5 -12 years old.
Supervise your kids below 5 years old if you allow them playing in this area.

It's very rare for outdoor playground to have a zip line here in Singapore. So go and try it.

For children aged 2-5 years old, there are big spacious play area for them too. And they will definitely forget the time.

Follow the map below:

They even had the swing specially designed for wheelchair.
This also the fun part when you can roll and slide with your kids.
A lot of parents are having fun too.

Notes:

  • Since it is outdoor playground, please check the weather before you coming.
  • Prepare your kids with some sunblock applied and mosquito repellent.
  • Since it is in nature, expect more bugs in the park, we found centipede and ladybug in the park.
  • Beside the park there are big washroom.
